- Your payment information is protected through Stripe’s advanced encryption technology, designed to keep your financial data secure during and after the transaction. Dumbo Travel Luxury does not store your credit card details; all transactions are managed through Stripe’s secure platform.
3. How to Pay
- At checkout, simply select your preferred payment method and enter the required card information. Stripe will process your payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email from Dumbo Travel Luxury once your booking is successful.
4. Payment Confirmation
- After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your booking and payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
- In the event of a payment issue, such as a declined transaction, please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance. If the issue persists, you may reach out to our support team for help completing your booking.
6. Refunds
- Any refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used and may take up to 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
