Dumbo Travel Luxury offers a premium booking service for private transportation. All bookings and payments made through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All bookings must be completed online through the Dumbo Travel Luxury website. Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
Payments are required in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options listed on our website.

No-Show Policy: If a client does not arrive for their scheduled pick-up or fails to communicate any changes in pick-up times, the booking will be considered a “No-Show.” No refunds will be issued for no-shows (0% refund).
Cancellation Policy:
- Within 1 Hour of Scheduled Pick-Up: Cancellations made less than one hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
- 1 Hour or More Before Scheduled Pick-Up: Cancellations made at least one hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee.

Dumbo Travel Luxury understands that travel plans can change. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your booking, provided that we are informed with sufficient notice. However, we reserve the right to apply additional fees or deny requests that cannot be accommodated due to scheduling or availability.

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. In the event of any service disruptions on our part, Dumbo Travel Luxury will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue or offer alternative arrangements.

Dumbo Travel Luxury is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to plan travel times accordingly.
Dumbo Travel Luxury assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles.
